The location was the best part of it. this hotel has the metro underground and airport bus within walking distance. The shopping center and night markets are very near.

The hotel didn't provide any staff to assist in taking bags and instructions weren't provided about the hotel facilities such as that one of the access lifts is locked at 11 pm. Communication with hotel staff was difficult as they spoke little English. The facilities are old and need an upgrade. It's a very expensive hotel and services. were very limited.

Super convenient as the streets of Myeongdong is just literally right outside the hotel. As well as the train station. It is also well located to a lot of food area

There is no laundry service nor a self service laundry. We had to search for laundrette around the area, lugging our luggage of dirty clothes. Also, my daughter lost her soft toy, bought fm Japan. Left it on the bed daily(no issue), but on the 2nd last day, i guess as it was white in colour, it could have been dragged and caught up when they cleaning the bedsheets. We realised it as we were checking out. However when we ask, the reception staff rudely replied that they will check and email me. and after said they could not find it. Rudely ask me "what you want me to do?" After which i message again to ask, however no reply. It may be a small item but it is a souvenir item which we brought fm Japan prior to Seoul. Such a disappointing ending to my trip

The only minus point is the cold rooms and cold restaurant

The staff are friendly, can speak English. The location is convenient, Myeongdong is very near the hotel.

Temperature settings were not working, we asked for a heater but it was ineffective. Hence the rooms were very cold during winter and our family suffered for 3 nights. The breakfast area was also very cold and many guests were wearing thick clothing during breakfast.

5-star location and a 2-star hotel.

Do not expect much from the hospitality service and complete facility desperately needs an upgrade. But it is located is at the entrance to Myeong-Dong Walking Street and next to metro line. You cant find better location if you are in for some serious shopping and street eating experiance.

Couldn't have the room till 3pm :-( We.travelled all.night without sleep and were just exhausted when we arrived at the hotel at 10am...that was a looooong wait. Also, No breakfast available in hotel and no teabags in the bedrooms

Location was perfect!

I must say the staff at the front desk were not very nice except for one. Most of the staff do not greet you they are busy on their phones, fixing their hair and makeup and look frustrated you have interrupted them when you need assistance. On my occasion I wanted an early check in and was more than willing to pay for it, both men were frustrated at my request, one assisted me eventually while the other didn’t even look up but sighed under his breath. Once I checked in I avoided the front desk by exiting at the other lift.

there was NO PowerPoint besides the queen bed, thus cannot charge phone while resting on bed. ( no chance to view photos before sleep). room 1137 main door cannot be closed properly, need to pull very hard to lock the door (door latch spoilt)

superb location. Front desk staff needs to improve their customer service and EQ.

1)next to subway station and easy to find 2) dual entrance lift lobby to guest room floors

1) old and room with odd corner 2) room door May not automatically closed . need to push and ensure doors were closed properly. have notice a few other guest room doors not closed properly when guests were already slept in late nights 3)bathroom door unable to lock 4) front desk staff told us check-in time is 3 pm. Guests will need to pay additional charges by the hour if they wish to check-in at 12 noon; even if there are rooms available and ready at 12 noon. She said it’s hotel policy. In my years of traveling for work and leisure , I’ve never come across a hotel wanting to charge extra when guest wish to check in at 12 noon and there are rooms ready for check-in.
